The lymphatic system is a key part of our immune and detoxification systems, and stagnation can lead to fluid build up and congestion. Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), cleavers (Galium aparine), nettle (urtica diocia) and calendula (Calendula officinalis) are herbs which nourish you and bring you to optimum health.
