Ok after suffering for 20+ years I've finally found my cure! Honestly two spoonfuls a day and I can actually smell Spring for the first time without all the symptoms. Tastes lovely! Will be a monthly purchase from now on in the Spring and summer to keep the symptoms at bay! Very happy
