I am used to a cold/flu sweeping through my family. I brace myself and ensure I am hydrating well and eating my fruit and veg, but the wipeout is always inevitable...until now! Twice now when one of the kids has been ill, I had Flow and Glow tea in the mornings and evenings, and though I have experienced the symptoms of a cold, it has been so mild in comparison to what I usually experience - 2-3 days of suffering of fatigue, and congestion that lasts a week after I've been ill. I feel so relieved to have this medicinal tea to support me!

Love this tea, I feel like I clear infections quicker if I drink this tea and if I drink it regularly I do feel generally better! I have long Covid/ ME and when my lymph glands start feeling painful this is my go to medicine, it really seems to settle things.
