Previously known as "Lymph Love Tea" , this lovingly hand-blended organic tea has a new name and packaging. These herbs support flow and detoxification in your body, and help your skin glow. The lymphatic system is a key part of our immune and detoxification systems, and stagnation can lead to fluid build up and congestion. Red Clover (Trifolium pratense), cleavers (Galium aparine), nettle (urtica diocia) and calendula (Calendula officinalis) are herbs which nourish you and bring you to optimum health.

Use is not recommended if one is taking HRT, antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs or methotrexate. Also not recommended if pregnant.

Love this

Have definitely noticed myself feeling more content, positive and calm. I feel refreshed and confident after I drink the tea.

Lovely hot or cold

This tea has helped me with my energy levels. It also makes my skin look clearer, and definitely reduces fluid retention, which I do experience in my face when my chronic illnesses are flaring up.

Gets me out of a funk

I love flow and glow tea for when I'm feeling a bit stagnant (not sure how else to explain it). If I'm feeling unwell, icky or just in a funk, I feel like this tea gets my body moving internally. It's an odd one to explain but this and regulate and regenerate tea are staples for me, my body tells me which I need 💕

Cupboard essential

Am on my 4th or 5th packet, my go to for a pick me up, especially if I have the sniffles, I like to add honey 🍯
