Peace Remedy

Feelings of worry, anxiety and fear are almost accepted as part of modern life for many sometimes even to very overwhelming levels. People are troubled with so much stress, and though this is sadly normal, there is much more calm available to us in life.

The Peace Remedy was formulated to ease the tension, help quiet the fears and soothe a racing mind and other distressing symptoms that arise in the body. From social situations to global issues, there are many scenarios that can cause us to become dysregulated. The plants in the Peace Remedy can support you to feel grounded, and find inner calm and tranquility.  

This larger bottle offers larger doses for stronger systemic support and rebalancing. The pocket-sized remedy is helpful for when you are out and about and need some quick symptom relief or a boost.

Ingredients and plant

Californian Poppy-Eschscholzia californica- Leaf and flower

Lemon Balm - Melissa officinalis – Leaf

Chamomile - Matricaria recutita – Flower

Hawthorn - Crataegus monogyna – Leaf and flower

Passionflower- Passiflora incarnata - Leaf

Ashwagandha- Withania somnifera – Root

Motherwort- Leonurus cardiaca – Leaf and flower

Vegetable glycerine (alcohol 0.5%)

 

How to use

50ml bottle: Have 1-3 pipettes under the tongue and hold for 30 seconds, then swallow. Top yourself up as needed. The 50ml bottle has up to 50 doses. This sized bottle is good for instant symptom relief when you are out and about. You can have many doses throughout the day. 

300ml bottle: Have 1-2  tablespoons (10-20ml) every day ideally on an empty stomach. It is important that the medicine is taken consistently for best results so it can build up in the body. The 300ml has up to 30 doses. This sized bottle allows the option to have larger doses and deeper healing. 

Safety

Much like pharmaceuticals, there are certain medicines and conditions that herbs should not be taken with unless under the supervision of a medical herbalist or doctor. I have listed them below for your ease:

• Antidepressants (SSRI’s or  MAO inhibitors)
• Thyroid hormone medications
• Blood pressure medications
• Digoxin
• Heart medications


Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

• Not recommended with pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Calm in my body!

I have been using the peace remedy since it came out and I have noticed such a difference in how my body responds to stress! It’s really incredible, and as an anxious bean, knowing it’s not doing any damage through side effects or knowing there won’t be any ramifications for coming off it is so helpful for my peace of mind! This Remedy saved my life

Amazing for regulating stress responses

I have been taking a tablespoon of the anxiety remedy for a few weeks now, and I do notice my anxiety symptoms come back when I haven’t had it.

It seems to impact my body’s response to stress, for example, I was on a train to the airport and it broke down, I was freaking out that I was going to miss my flight, usually that would send my mind and body into overdrive and I’d be super super stressed, this time my brain was still going though all the motions and overplaying all the worst case scenarios but my body's responses were a lot calmer than they ordinarily would be.

With more daily life stresses, I can’t say that my mind set has changed much, I still overthink etc, or have tendencies to assume the worst, however the tangible physical responses to my anxiety are much much less (for example in my case this can be ticks or twitches), which make getting on with life a whole lot easier.
