I am a Reiki Therapist & before a treatment I get myself in the zone by sitting quietly & doing a quick meditation. This tea is ideal to take at this time I find it really gives me a feeling of calm & helps prepare me for giving my treatments. The rose buds and the leaves make a beautiful colour, the smell is divine and then your get to brew it and your whole kitchen fills with the smell of love and peace.

I am grieving at the moment and so I have been using the tea when I want to intentionally sit with my feelings and to remember.
