Chaga
Chaga
Chaga - Inonotus Obliquus
Immune Balancing - Antioxidant- Endurance
Chaga is exceedingly rich in minerals, vitamins and melanin and is highly nutritive for the body. Most impressively though it has one of the highest antioxidant levels of any known natural medicines. This means it can help protect the body from disease-causing free radicals which are implicated in many conditions.
Use of Chaga in Chinese medicine dates back thousands of years where locals in the mountainous regions of Siberia drank chaga tea daily. It has traditionally been called “gift from god” or “black gold”, and records from the 16th century show that is been used in folk and botanical medicine throughout Eastern Europe.
Quality Control
The medicinal mushroom space is complex, as many products available are adulterated, contaminated and have fillers. Many companies use the wrong part of the mushroom which has no medicinal compounds in it. This is why it has taken me so long to find a good extract, but finally they are here!
I am proud to say I source my mushrooms from global leaders in mushroom analysis and research. All mushrooms are tested by 3rd party labs to check they have medicinal doses of active compounds.
They are organically grown and of the highest quality, backed by science and grown with love and integrity.

Why I chose this mushroom
Due to my work, I spend a lot of time reading about what causes illnesses and poor health. Free radical damage (what antioxidants combat), are implicated in most conditions that I have studied. Therefore, it was an easy decision for me to pick a mushroom that has one of the highest antioxidant levels known.
What really swayed me though was speaking to people who had struggled with certain inflammatory conditions, who had worked with chaga and holistic tools and recovered. Then I saw the results it had on a loved-ones stubborn skin condition and I was blown away by how fast acting and effective it was.
Please do share with me how these help you. Knowing I am providing good quality mushrooms that can enrich people’s quality makes me very happy indeed, and I love to hear from people.
Safety and Drug interactions
Chaga may be contraindicated with immunosuppressant medication, diabetes medication and blood thinners. Do not take chaga close to surgery as it can affect blood clotting and as it is high in minerals avoid if you have kidney disease. If you are taking pharmaceuticals, or have any illnesses of concern then please seek the advice of a professional medical herbalist or qualified medical practitioner. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, not much research has been done on safety so it is best to avoid.
