Open Heart Tea

Admittedly I originally formulated this tea for grief, to help the heaviness through us without blockage. However, after having the tea when I was happy, I realised there are many times it is nice to open our hearts. It particularly helps me when I am creating, or having a cosy and intentional night in with myself.

Life brings us many situations where we can feel intense and heavy emotions, which can also lead to becoming closed and numb. This blocks not only our emotional processing, but also our creativity and affinity for joy. This nurturing tea was formulated to help you slow down, soften and open your heart. This allows for emotions and creativity to flow through.

Blended with heart tonic plants, comforting flowers, and grounding herbs to help us feel at peace, soft and open this tea can be a companion for you whatever chapter you are in.  

Ingredients: Rose flowers (Rosa damascena), Hawthorn leaves and flowers (Crataegus monogyna), Olive leaves (Olea europatea), Skullcap leaves (Scutellaria lateriflora), Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum verum), Chamomile flowers (Matricaria recutita)

How to take: Steep one teaspoon in a mug of hot water for 5-10 minutes. I suggest you drink this tea when you have the space to feel.
