Memory and Clarity Tea
This tea was made as I wanted something that brightened my mind, would help with brain fog and focus, and something that wasn’t caffeinated. It was inspired by a research project done at Kew Gardens which show that sage, rosemary and lemon balm can help improve memory. I added tulsi, damiana and lavender to help with this further as well as help to boost energy.
This tea helps bring clarity, focus, remove brain fog and improve memory. Great for work, great for a walk to clear your mind and so great first thing in the morning.

Ingredients: Sage (Salvia officinalis), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), Damiana (Turnera Diffusa), Tulsi (Ocimum Sanctum)

(Up to 40 cups of tea in a bag)
How to take: Steep one teaspoon in a mug of hot water for 5-10 minutes. Do not brew for too long as it can become bitter. To really improve memory have two cups a day for a couple of weeks.
